Dec 27, 2008· My tonneau cover was made from a piece of aluminum diamond plate that I had cut by the place where I bought it. It lays flat on the tracks that hold the tie down cleats so it fits flush. I used aluminum angle to reinforce it and the way I designed it also ties both sections together.
